The Diet Week 5

Well, I haven’t had much time to even think about The Diet with working and all. What I mean is that I haven’t consciously gone out of my way to think about it. When I have to walk somewhere I think about it, because obviously, walking is good. And I have been eating less often, but I’ve been eating healthier things also.

The last time I posted my weight, June 20th, I weight 270 lbs. I didn’t even get a chance to step on a scale last week so I don’t know if I lost any weight. But I stepped on a scale today.

Current Weight: 268 lbs.

I’ve been trying out different liquids, seeing if I could tolerate something other than Gatorade. While I love Gatorade, I can’t drink it 24/7. I finally found Vitamin Water. I’ve tried every single flavor I can get my hands on and I’ve been drinking a lot of it. I’ve also started drinking water, but not that much because I still gag at the tastelessness of it.
