Operation Jumbo Drop
Well, after a bit of thinking about it, I’ve decided to join “The Diet“. There are quite a few participants already.
I’ve always had weight issues. Sometimes I would try and go on a diet, and once or twice I was successful, but the weight would always come back. It’s hard to stay on a diet and eat healthy when all you’ve ever eaten your entire life is pizza, McDonalds, chicken wings smothered with bleu cheese, lasagna, well you get my point. I’m way over-weight and I can feel it. I used to be quite active in high school, mainly playing softball, but now I can barely walk to the bus stop without getting out of breath. That also has to do with the fact that I smoke, but I’ll be working on that too.
While I’m not at my heaviest, I’d like to start to lose this huge gut I have. It looks like I’m in a constant state of pregnancy, and because of it I can’t wear pants right. On top of that, it’s hard finding clothes I like and that will fit over my gut.
I don’t know exactly how much I weigh now. A couple of months ago I weighed myself at Gaby’s mom’s but I know I’ve lost weight since then because the shorts I’m wearing right now didn’t fit then at all. They were too tight.
We’ve been eating at home a lot now and we’ve been eating healthier things. I by things that have lower calories or less fat than the things I usually buy, so that’s helped.
Anyway…
Current weight: unknown, but will find out ASAP
Goal weight: 200
I’ll think about posting some pics, but we’ll have to see.
